PROCESSING
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days of being placed.

DELIVERY
12 to 25 days from dispatch. We ship direct from our production partner rather than holding stock in a local warehouse. That is exactly what keeps the price where it is rather than at chemist prices, and your tracking number reaches you by email the moment it moves.

TRACKING
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it has not arrived within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us at support@trysefa.com.

CUSTOMS, VAT AND IMPORT CHARGES
Orders shipping to Iceland may be subject to Icelandic VAT and a postal handling fee on arrival. Where these apply they are set by the Icelandic authorities, not by us, and they are the customer's responsibility. We do not mark parcels as gifts and we do not under-declare value.

WRONG ADDRESS
We can change an address before dispatch, so email us quickly. After dispatch we cannot reroute it.
