Shipping

Free tracked delivery on every order. Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes 12 to 25 days from dispatch. We ship direct from our production partner rather than holding stock in a local warehouse, which is why it takes longer than a domestic order and why the product costs what it does.

Customs and VAT

Orders shipping to Iceland may be subject to Icelandic VAT and a postal handling fee on arrival. Where these apply they are set by the Icelandic authorities, not by us. We do not mark parcels as gifts and we do not under-declare value.

You will get a tracking number by email when your order ships. See Track Your Order.

Returns and refunds

90 days, money back, no reason needed. Take SEFA every day for 90 days and if you are not glad you bought it, email us. You do not need to send anything back. We ask for ninety days because B vitamins rebuild a level over weeks rather than working on the day. See our Refund Policy for the detail.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery at support@trysefa.com and we will replace it or refund you, your choice. You will not need to ship anything back.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email us before your order is dispatched and we can usually still catch it. After dispatch we cannot reroute a parcel.

How do I take it?

One and a half droppers under the tongue, once a day. Hold it there for about sixty seconds, then swallow. With or without food, whichever you will actually remember.

Is SEFA a medicine?

No. SEFA is a food supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, and keep it out of reach of young children. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or under medical care, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use.

Is there alcohol or gelatin in it?

No to both. It is a vegetable glycerin base with a natural raspberry flavour, and there is no added sugar.
