Refund policy

THE 90-DAY PROMISE
Take SEFA every day for 90 days. If you are not glad you bought it, email support@trysefa.com and we will refund you. You do not need to send back a used bottle and you do not need to justify yourself. We ask for ninety days because B vitamins work by rebuilding a level over weeks, not by taking effect on the day.

YOUR 14-DAY RIGHT TO CANCEL
Separately from our own guarantee, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving one. To use it, email us at support@trysefa.com. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs. Our 90-day promise above is more generous, so most customers use that instead.

UNOPENED RETURNS
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us first for the return address.

HOW TO CLAIM
Email support@trysefa.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM
Send a photo within 14 days of delivery. We replace it or refund it, your choice. You do not return anything.

WHAT WE DO NOT REFUND
Orders delivered more than 90 days ago. Products bought somewhere other than this store.
