Shipping
Free tracked delivery on every order. Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes 12 to 25 days from dispatch. We ship direct from our production partner rather than holding stock in a local warehouse, which is why it takes longer than a domestic order and why the price is what it is.
Customs and VAT
Orders shipping to Iceland may be subject to Icelandic VAT and a postal handling fee on arrival. Where these apply they are set by the Icelandic authorities, not by us. We do not mark parcels as gifts and we do not under-declare value.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email when your order ships. See Track Your Order.
Returns and refunds
90 days, money back. Take SEFA daily for 90 days and if you are not glad you bought it, email us and we refund you in full. We ask for 90 days rather than a month because delivery takes 12 to 25 days and B12 stores rebuild over weeks, so this leaves you two full months of real use after the parcel arrives. Nothing to send back. See our Refund Policy for the detail.
Damaged or wrong item
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery at support@trysefa.com and we will replace it or refund you, your choice.
Changing or cancelling an order
Email us before your order is dispatched and we can usually still catch it. After dispatch we cannot reroute a parcel.
How do I take it?
One and a half droppers, 1.5 ml, once a day. Hold it under your tongue for about sixty seconds, then swallow. With or without food. Shake the bottle before use. A 60 ml bottle is 40 servings, a little over a month.
Can I take it with other supplements or medication?
It is a food supplement and should not replace a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication or under medical care, speak to your doctor before use. Keep out of reach of young children.
Is SEFA a medicine?
No. SEFA is a food supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The things we say about the vitamins are the EU's authorised health claims, in the EU's own words.
What is in it?
Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin (5,000 mcg), vitamin B6, vitamin B1, niacin, folate and vitamin C in a glycerin base, with maltitol and potassium sorbate. No alcohol. No gelatin. If sediment forms or the colour shifts slightly, that is normal for a vitamin liquid. Shake well.
