About SEFA

SEFA is one product. A five-vitamin B complex in a 60 ml dropper bottle, taken under the tongue. We are not planning a range.

It started with a bottle of B12 tablets that did nothing. Past fifty, the stomach makes less of the acid and the intrinsic factor that pull B12 out of food and out of ordinary tablets, so a lot of what you swallow never reaches the blood. A drop held under the tongue goes in through the lining of the mouth instead. That is the whole idea, and it is why the dose on the label is 5,000 mcg.

What is actually in the bottle

Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, the form the body uses without converting it. Vitamin B6 as pyridoxine, vitamin B1 as thiamine, niacin as niacinamide and folate as folic acid, plus a little vitamin C. The base is glycerin with maltitol and potassium sorbate. No alcohol, no gelatin. That is the whole list, and the label names the form of every vitamin, because the form is the part that matters.

Three things we will not do

We will not tell you this treats anything. It is a food supplement, not a medicine. Every claim we make about the vitamins is one the EU has authorised, in the EU's own words, and we say so where we make it.

We will not write our own reviews, and we will not buy them. No invented names, no paid five stars.

We will not pretend delivery is faster than it is. We ship direct from our production partner, which takes 12 to 25 days to Iceland, tracked and free. That is the trade that keeps the price where it is, and we would rather you knew now than found out on day fourteen.

Ninety days to make up your mind

Because delivery takes 12 to 25 days, a month-long guarantee would have left you barely two weeks of actual use, and B12 stores rebuild over weeks, not days. Ninety days gives you two full months with the bottle in your hand after the parcel arrives. Take it daily, and if you are not glad you bought it, email us and we refund you in full. Nothing to send back.
